1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms") that apply to participation in the Win a bookshelf of books ("Competition") via the website at www.littlehutters.co.uk (the "Website).1.2 The Promoter is Pizza Hut (UK) Limited ("PHUK") of 1 Imperial Place, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD61JN, the operator of numerous Pizza Hut restaurants in the United Kingdom and Bloomsbury Publishing, 50 Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3DP; Hot Key Books Ltd, Northburgh House, 10 Northburgh Street, London, EC1V 0AT; Nosy Crow, The Crow's Nest

The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on the Website.1.3 By entering this Competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 To participate in the Competition entrants must be:a) aged 18 or over; andb) resident in the United Kingdom.2.2 To take part in the Competition, entrants must correctly answer the question on the Website. Only one entry per person will be accepted.2.3 The Winners will be the five eligible entries selected at random from the correctly answered entries.2.4 The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 15th June 2014. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.2.5 Employees of Pizza Hut (UK) Limited, The Publishers or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Competition.2.6 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries.
3.1 The Winner will receive a bundle of books containing titles from each of the four featured book series. The winner will be contacted via email to confirm their details. Each prize consists of a total of 21 books.3.2 The draw will take place on 23rd June 2014 and the Winner will be notified on or before 25th June 2014 via email, to the address which they provide at the time of entering.3.3 Winners have 3 days to respond to the email. In the event that contact cannot be made with the Winners after 3 attempts the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining eligible correctly answered entries.3.4 The prize will be sent by special delivery to the address provided to the Promoter by 10th July 2014. If the courier/Royal Mail are unable to deliver the prize and it is returned to the Promoter, the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining eligible correctly answered entries.3.5 There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.3.6 The Winner's name and county will be available upon request by writing to the Promoter.
4.1 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Competition will be entered into.4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or to extend any closing date.4.3 These Terms are governed by English law.
