  1. Introduction
    1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the Win a Sea Quest or Secret Kingdom Goodie Bag (“Competition”) via the website at www.littlehutters.co.uk (the “Website).
    1.2 The Promoter is Pizza Hut (UK) Limited (“PHUK”) of 1 Imperial Place, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD61JN, the operator of numerous Pizza Hut restaurants in the United Kingdom and Hachette Children’s Books, 338 Euston Road, London NW1 3BH. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on the Website.
    1.3 By entering this Competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Participation
    2.1 To participate in the Competition entrants must be:
    a) aged 18 or over; and
    b) resident in the United Kingdom.
    2.2 To take part in the Competition, entrants must correctly answer the question on the Website. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
    2.3 The Winners will be the four eligible entries selected at random from the correctly answered entries.
    2.4 The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 2 March 2014. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
    2.5 Employees of Pizza Hut (UK) Limited , Hachette or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Competition.
    2.6 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries.
  3. Prize
    3.1 The Winner will receive a choice of either a Sea Quest or Secret Kingdom goodie bag. The winner will be contacted via email to confirm whether they would like the Sea Quest price or Secret Kingdom Prize. The Sea Quest bag consists of a kit bag containing the entire set of 4 books, an Activity Book, Poster, T Shirt and badge. The Secret Kingdom bag consists of a kit bag containing the the entire set of 6 books, an Activity Book, T Shirt, Bookmarks, Mirror, Pen, Pencil and Eraser.
    3.2 The draw will take place on 10 March 2014 and the Winner will be notified on or before 11 March 2014 via email, to the address which they provide at the time of entering.
    3.3 Winners have 3 days to respond to the email. In the event that contact cannot be made with the Winners after 3 attempts the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining eligible correctly answered entries.
    3.4 The prize will be sent by special delivery to the address provided to the Promoter by 21 March. If the courier/Royal Mail are unable to deliver the prize and it is returned to the Promoter, the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining eligible correctly answered entries.
    3.5 There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
    3.6 The Winner’s name and county will be available upon request by writing to the Promoter.
  4. General
    4.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Competition will be entered into.
    4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or to extend any closing date.
    4.3 These Terms are governed by English law.
  5. Privacy
    As a result of an entrant’s participation in the Competition the Promoter will collect certain personal data relating to entrants. We will process the information about you in accordance with our privacy policy www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/privacy-policy.aspx. By entering the Competition you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is truthful and accurate.
