 Franks Hot Sauce Instagram Prize Draw

Introduction
1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the 2021 December Week 1 Prize Draw via Pizza Hut Restaurants UK Instagram page (@PizzaHutUK).

1.2 The Promoter is Pizza Hut (UK) Limited (“Pizza Hut”) of Building 1, Imperial Place, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1JN. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on https://www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/competitions.
1.3 By entering this Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Participation
2.1 To participate in the Prize Draw entrants must:
a) be aged 18 or over; and
b) be resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
c) follow @PizzaHutUK on Instagram
d) comment between 04/01/2022 and 11:59pm 21/01/2021 on the Frank’s Hot Sauce Prize Draw Instagram Ad post from Pizza Hut Restaurant’s Instagram Account @PizzaHutUK - commenting and mentioning in the comment another Instagram account that you think would like to win a Pizza Oven.
2.3 Every comment including x1 tag counts as x1 entry to the competition. There is no limit on the number of entries a person can make.
2.4. Sharing the competition post to your stories and tagging @PizzaHutUK counts as x1 entry to the competition.
2.5 A total of x1 winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
2.6 The closing date for entries is 21/01/2022 at 11.59pm. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
2.7 Employees of Pizza Hut or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
2.8 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any incomplete or fraudulent entries.
3. Prize
3.1 The winner will receive x1 Pizza Oven.
3.2 The draw will take place on 22/01/2022 and the winner will be notified via direct message to the Instagram account that entered.
3.3 Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date 21/01/2022 at 11.59 pm. The winners will be notified by no later than 22/01/2022. The prizes must be claimed by 29/01/2022. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if any of the prizes are not claimed by 29/01/2022 the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining.
3.4 There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
3.5 The winner’s name and county will be available upon request by writing to the Promoter within one month after the prizes have been claimed.
3.6 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. General
4.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Prize Draw will be entered into.
4.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Prize Draw or to extend any closing date.
4.4 These Terms are governed by English law and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
5. Privacy
5.1 As a result of an entrant’s participation in the Prize Draw Pizza Hut will collect certain personal data relating to entrants. We will process the information about you in accordance with our privacy policy https://www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/about/privacy-policy/. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is truthful and accurate.
5.2 To the extent that elements of the prize(s) are being provided by a third party, the personal data of the winners may be passed on to that third party for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
5.3 Images supplied by entrants will be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter and by entering the Prize Draw entrants agree to such use and warrant that they have the permission of every person appearing in the photograph to use their image in the Prize Draw.
5.4 All entrants confirm that they are the creators and owners of the entry which they submit as part of the Prize Draw.
5.5 By submitting an entry you agree to assign all your intellectual property rights and waive all moral rights in that entry.
5.6 The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes
5.7 The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants shall under no circumstance hold Instagram responsible for any aspect of the Prize Draw.
