  • Dine-in
    • Can I book a table?

      YES! You can book tables on the Pizza Hut website. Click here to book a table.

    • Do you do parties?

      Most of our Huts can offer party packages. Get in touch with your local Hut to check they can help, and talk about what you'd like.

    • What are the buffet times?

      Buffet is normally from lunch time until 2:30. Some Huts open for longer, so it's a good idea to check. Buffet's not available at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

    • Can we share food?

      Yes, you can share most of our food. But the buffet, and some drinks, are priced per person and have unlimited amounts. Those can't be shared, sorry.

    • Can we take alcoholic drinks away?

      Pizza Hut has a license to serve alcoholic drinks with food that's going to be eaten in the Hut. Sorry, we can't let you take alcohol away from our premises.

    • Why can't I get a delivery to my door?

      Most dine-in Huts don't offer a delivery service. For those huts that do deliver, you'll find a clearly defined delivery area, based on postcode and delivery journey time. If you can't get a delivery, take-away services are provided at every Hut. For the safety of our drivers and their bikes, there are a few areas where we will not deliver, sorry.

    • Why was my delivery not at the promised time?

      Our delivery times are our best estimates. We try really hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.

    • What is the minimum order?

      Our current minimum delivery order is £7.99.

    • Do Pizza Hut charge for deliveries?

      Where deliveries are available, they're free of charge.

    • Why did I get a leaflet when you will not deliver to me?

      Sorry, that must be frustrating. Our menus are delivered by the Royal Mail, who cover a whole area within one post code. Sometimes there are operational reasons why we can't deliver a food order to your location. Please accept our apologies - we hope you'll still enjoy a meal by ordering and collecting from your local Pizza Hut.

    • What should I do if I'm unhappy with a delivery?

      First, please talk to the Hut that delivered your order - they'd like to find out what's gone wrong. That way we can try and put things right and also learn how to do things better, if we 've made a mistake. If you have further comments, you can always use the feedback form on this site.

    • Why do you offer different products in dine-in restaurants to delivery restaurants?

      We test all our products extensively before we add them to the Pizza Hut menu. We want to make sure product quality and standards are high enough, before we introduce menu ideas to our customers. Sometimes a product's quality can be affected by the time it would take to deliver to you. Rather than disappoint you, we don't include those options on our delivery menu. taken to get to your door.   • Gift cards
    • Where can I buy the Gift Cards?

      Gift Cards can currently be purchased from WH Smith & Clinton Cards.

    • Can I use Gift Cards in any Restaurants?

      Most of our Restaurants will be able to accept Gift Cards, but our Home Service Restaurants, Express, PHQ & a small number of Full Service Restaurants are not able to accept them currently.

    • How many times can I use it?

      As often as you like, as long as a balance remains on the card and it is within 12 months of the issue date.

    • How long is Gift Card valid for?

      12 months from date of issue.

    • Can I top up a card?

      This is not currently available but we hope to offer this facility in the future.

    • Can I use it for Pizza Delivery?

      Not currently, but this may change in the future.

    • What Happens if I lose my Gift Card?

      Pizza Hut cannot accept responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen cards.  Please protect them as you would cash or any other card type.

    • Can I use voucher in Franchise Hut?

      Yes, except for a small number not participating in the scheme .

    • Can Gift Cards be redeeemed against deals or special offers?

      Yes they can, they are the equivalent of a cash transaction.

    • What value of Gift Cards can I purchase?

      As much as you like, with a maximum of £100 per card.

    • Is there a minimum spend before I can use Gift Card?

      Not for the gift card specifically, but any minimum spends currently in place for deals etc will still apply.

    • Can I exchange the card for cash?

      No.

    • Can I put the balance of two cards onto a single card?

      No.

    • What is the scratch off panel for?

      This is a security measure that may be used in the future for online sales but is not necessary for using in our restaurants.

    • Do I need to keep the cardboard bit the card was attached to?

      No, it is not necessary to make a purchse, you only need the plastic card itself.

  • Vouchers and Discounts
    • Do you accept Leisure Vouchers?

      Yes, we accept Leisure Vouchers issued by the Whitbread Group.

    • Do you accept Luncheon Vouchers?

      Sorry, we don't accept Luncheon Vouchers any more.

    • Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

      No, Pizza Hut UK doesn't sell gift vouchers. But we do accept Leisure Vouchers issued by the Whitbread Group. You can find details of these at www.leisurevouchers.co.uk

    • Do you give discounts to students?

      Yes, we recognise both the NUS card and NUS extra card. Discounts are available Sunday to Thursday but there are exceptions to this. Look at the Terms and Conditions of the card for more information.

    • Do you accept the Dubit Card?

      Yes, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

    • Why can I not use my Pizza Hut discount voucher?

      Most vouchers can't be used with another offer or deal because we can't give two discounts on the same meal. Please see the Terms and Conditions of the voucher.

    • Do you offer discounts to the Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces?

      No, we don't offer discounts nationally. Some local arrangements may exist, so check with the Hut when you arrive.

      Most deals are shown on the website, but there may be some available that are specific to your area. Please check, before you place your order.

  • About the Huts
    • How do I find a Hut?

      The best way is to use your postcode. This will also tell you if you're in a delivery area. Click here to find your nearest Hut. If you don't know the postcode of your current location, you can always use our sitemap to look through the list of Huts by county.

  • Online ordering
    • Is my information secure?

      Pizza Hut uses technology policies to safeguard any personal information that we store from misuse and loss. These policies are also designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure. We ask you to input your payment details every time you order with us - because we never save them, as an extra security precaution.

    • How do I know my order has been received?

      When your nearest Pizza Hut has your order, we'll send you an email confirming it. If there seems to be a problem, please call the Hut to check they have the order.

    • What if I want to change my order?

      It's all right - when you've placed your order online, you can call your local Hut if you need to make any changes. Please make sure you have your order reference number ready.
