  • Find your Hut
    • How do I find a Hut?

      The best way is to use your postcode. This will also tell you if you're in a delivery area. Click here to find your nearest Hut. If you don't know the postcode of your current location, you can always use our sitemap to look through the list of Huts by county.

  • Restaurants
    • Can I book a table?

      Yes! You can book tables on the Pizza Hut website. Click here to book a table or call your local restaurant. Click here to find contact numbers.

    • I have tried to book a table online but it will not accept payment from my card.

      Some credit & debit cards, such as Maestro cards, can unfortunately not be used for our online reservations. Please try to a different type of card and see if that works.

    • How long does it take to get my confirmation email for a table booking?

      E-mail confirmations are sent immediately. 

      There may be times you cannot see the confirmation for the following reasons:

      - Your Spam filter has rejected the Pizza Hut email
      - Your Mailbox is full
      - Your Mail service provider has an issue
      - The Incorrect email address is provided

      All of these are outside the control of the Pizza Hut website as they relate to your email account.

    • Party bookings - is there a maximum number of guests?

      You can book a maximum of 20 guests on-line, but if you want to book a table for a larger party, please contact your chosen restaurant and book direct, click here  to find contact details.

    • What are the buffet times?

      Buffet is normally from lunch time until 3PM. Some Huts open for longer, so it's a good idea to check. Buffet's not available at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

    • Can we share food?

      Yes, you can share most of our food. But the buffet, and some drinks, are priced per person and have unlimited amounts. Those can't be shared, sorry.

    • Can we take alcoholic drinks away?

      Pizza Hut has a license to serve alcoholic drinks with food that's going to be eaten in the Hut. Sorry, we can't let you take alcohol away from our premises.

    • How can I give feedback about a visit to Pizza Hut?

    • Why do you offer different products in dine-in restaurants to delivery restaurants?

      We test all our products extensively before we add them to the Pizza Hut menu. We want to make sure product quality and standards are high enough, before we introduce menu ideas to our customers. Sometimes a product's quality can be affected by the time it would take to deliver to you. Rather than disappoint you, we don't include those options on our delivery menu. taken to get to your door.     • Can we order alcoholic drinks?

      Pizza Hut only has a licence to serve alcoholic drinks with food that's going to be eaten in the Hut. Sorry, we can't let you take alcohol away from our premises. Our Delivery Restaurants are not licensed to serve alcoholic drinks.

    • Will you keep my details secure?

      Pizza Hut employs technology policies to protect any personal information that we store from misuse and loss. These policies are also designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure. We ask you to input your payment details whenever you order with us as they are never saved as an extra security precaution.

    • Why does the Pizza Hut menu change from time to time?

      We continue to review all our products at Pizza Hut to offer our customers what they want and more. Therefore our menu is constantly evolving to meet our customers' needs and taste preferences.

    • Why can't I get a delivery when I used to get a delivery?

      There are occasions when we need to change our delivery areas to ensure we can provide the best quality products. If we can no longer deliver to you, we will be happy to provide a take-away order.

    • Why can't I get a delivery to my door?

      Most dine-in Huts don't offer a delivery service. For those huts that do deliver, you'll find a clearly defined delivery area, based on postcode and delivery journey time. If you can't get a delivery, take-away services are provided at every Hut.

    • Why was my delivery not within the promised time?

      Our delivery times are our best estimates. We try really hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.

    • Do Pizza Hut charge for deliveries?

      In areas where deliveries are available, they're free of charge.

    • Why did I get a leaflet when you will not deliver to me?

      Our menus are delivered by the Royal Mail, who cover a whole area within one post code. Sometimes there are operational reasons why we can't deliver a food order to your location. Please accept our apologies - we hope you'll still enjoy a meal by ordering and collecting from your local Pizza Hut.

    • What should I do if I'm unhappy with a delivery?

      Check that the code you have entered exactly matches the code that you have been sent and that the expiry date has not passed.  If the code still does not work, please call customer services.

    • I can’t find a place to put the voucher code in when ordering online?

      If you are ordering from Pizza Hut Delivery then you enter your voucher code in the box provided on the ‘Your Order' page just before you go to the checkout.  Voucher codes for the restaurant and takeaway service are redeemable in store only.

    • I placed my order online with the discount voucher but have been charged the full amount.

      Please contact customer services with the details of your transaction and the voucher you used.

    • I have a Voucher but cannot see any terms and conditions on it & the restaurant have told me it is not valid. How can I check this?

      All vouchers distributed by Pizza Hut (UK) Ltd. contain the relevant terms and conditions. If you are unable to find the terms and conditions, then the voucher is unlikely to be legitimate.

    • Will you keep my details secure?

      When your nearest Pizza Hut has your order, we'll send you an email confirming it. If there seems to be a problem, please call the Hut to check they have the order.

    • What if I want to change my order?

      After you've placed your order online, you can call your local Hut if you need to make any changes. Please make sure you have your order reference number ready.

  • Gift Cards, Vouchers and Deals
    • Where can I buy Gift Cards?

      Gift Cards are available to buy here online, from our restaurants, or through selected retailers.

    • Can I use Gift Cards in any Restaurants?

      Pizza Hut Gift Cards can be used in participating Restaurant and Delivery units in England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Please check with your server first before placing an order.

    • How many times can I use a Gift Card?

      As often as you like, as long as a balance remains on the card and it is within 18 months of the issue date.

    • Can I check the balance on my card?

      If you wish to check the balance of your Gift Card, please click here or contact Customer Services.

    • Can I top up a card?

      This is not currently available but we hope to offer this facility in the future.

    • Can I use it for delivery?

      Yes, please inform the Hut at the time of placing your order that you wish to pay via Gift Card. The Gift Card will be processed over the phone.

    • What Happens if I lose my Gift Card?

      Pizza Hut cannot accept responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen cards. Please protect them as you would cash or any other card type.

    • Can I use a voucher in Franchise Hut?

      Yes, except for a small number not participating in the scheme.

    • Can Gift Cards be redeemed against deals or special offers?

      Yes they can, they are the equivalent of a cash transaction.

    • What value of Gift Cards can I purchase?

      Any value between £5 and £250.

    • Is there a minimum spend before I can use Gift Card?

      Not for the gift card specifically, but any minimum spends currently in place for deals etc will still apply.

    • Can I exchange the card for cash?

      No.

    • Can I put the balance of two cards onto a single card?

      Sorry, this isn't currently possible. However you can use more than one card per transaction.

    • What is the scratch off panel for?

      This is a security measure for online sales but is not necessary for using in our restaurants.

    • Do I need to keep the cardboard bit the card was attached to?

      No, it is not necessary to make a purchase, you only need the plastic card itself.

    • Do you accept Leisure Vouchers?

      Yes, we accept Leisure Vouchers issued by the Whitbread Group.

    • Do you accept Luncheon Vouchers?

      Sorry, we don't accept Luncheon Vouchers any more.

    • Why can't I use my discount voucher with a deal?

      Most vouchers can't be used with another offer or deal because we can't give two discounts on the same meal. Please see the Terms and Conditions of the voucher.

    • Do you offer discounts to the Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces?

      No, we don't offer discounts nationally. Some local arrangements may exist, so check with the Hut when you arrive.

    • Can you send me Pizza Hut vouchers for an event I have?

      Yes - you can buy either Leisure Vouchers or Pizza Hut Gift Cards.

    • I have a voucher that I haven’t used yet & it expires soon. What can I do?

      Vouchers and Gift Cards need to be used prior to the expiry date, or the value will be lost.

      Our meat is not certified for Halal diets. This is something we may consider in the future.

    • Are your pasta dishes made fresh or microwaved?

      Our pasta dishes are baked to order in our ovens. Currently we do not have microwaves in our restaurants.

    • How many pieces do I get in a portion of…?

      ...e.g. slices on a pizza, pieces of chicken wings.

      We work to ensure that portion sizes are consistent. If you do not think you have received the correct number of pieces in your portion, please talk to your server, or ask for the manager.

      Shopper Discounts & Rewards is a membership programme for online shoppers through which they receive access to a wide variety of money off rebates and discount vouchers at a large number of online retail stores.

      All new members of the programme are entitled to a cash back voucher worth £15 that can be claimed following their next online purchase at Pizza Hut, plus a monthly £10 cash back voucher that can be claimed following future purchases. Also available are discounts of up to 20% at online retail stores, of which there are more than 700.


      Shopper Discounts & Rewards also provides its members with additional shopper protection benefits including Extended Warranties, Delivery Guarantee Protection and Price Guarantee Protection.
