1. The Favourite Family Recipe competition opens for entries on Friday 17th April 2009. 2. All completed entries must be received by 9am on Friday 29th May 2009. Incomplete entries or those not received by the deadline will be disqualified. 3. The winning entrant will be informed by phone and email on Friday 29th May 2009 and officially announced to the public. 4. The winning entrant will receive a signed certificate by Antony Worrall Thompson and a National Family Week prize package provided by Family Week Ltd's commercial partners - for individual prize terms and conditions, see below. 5. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative. 6. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Family Week Ltd. reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 7. National Family Week sponsor and leading family restaurant, Pizza Hut will be monitoring entries and may select a pasta recipe from those entered for inclusion on their menu - see full terms and conditions below. 8. The competition is open to all residents of the UK excluding employees of Family Week Ltd and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with Family Week Ltd. including employees of commercial partners contributing towards any prize. 9. To enter the competition, entrants must upload their recipe ingredients, method, an image of the dish (maximum 1MB) and a short description (maximum 100 words) of why it is their favourite family recipe to the National Family Week website (www.nationalfamilyweek.co.uk). 10. Family Week Ltd will select which entries are displayed on the site as the first stage of the competition. 11. All entries displayed on the site will be subject to the public vote with users able to nominate their favourite recipe by selecting the nominate 'button' next to their preferred recipe. 12. The four recipes that have received the highest number of nominations by 9am on Friday 29th May 2009, will be put forward to Antony Worrall Thompson to select the overall winner based on the recipe and reason for this being the entrant's family favourite. 13. The contact details of all entrants will be entered into the National Family Week database. By providing these details, entrants are agreeing to receive communications from National Family. There shall be the option to unsubscribe at any time. 14. Only the winning entrant shall be contacted by Family Week Ltd. Family Week Ltd's. decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. Family Week Ltd. will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault and proof of submission is not automatically proof of receipt. 16. The name of the winning entrant and their recipe will be published on the Antony Worrall Thompson and National Family Week websites after the closing date of the competition and will also be put forward for possible publication in both national and regional media. 17. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition. 18. Family Week Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on the National Family Week website. 19. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions and these will be governed by English law. 20. As part of the Favourite Family Recipe competition, entrants may submit a pasta recipe that will stand the chance of being selected to appear on the Pizza Hut menu no later than December 2010. 21. The recipe will be selected from pasta recipes submitted between 12pm, 17th April 2009 - 9am, 29th May 2009. 22. The selected entrant will be informed, by Pizza Hut no later than 30th June 2009. 23. The decision as to which pasta recipe may appear on the Pizza Hut menu is the sole decision of Pizza Hut. 24. Pizza Hut reserve the right to change the recipe of the selected dish but they will try to base it on the selected recipe. Pizza Hut will determine the final recipe. 25. Pizza Hut shall have sole discretion to which menu the selected dish is added and in which restaurants the selected dish is served. 26. By entering the Favourite Family Recipe competition, the entrant, as selected by Pizza Hut, consents to their entry and details provided in connection with this competition being held by Pizza Hut for the purposes of this promotion only. 27.
