2. Can I make table reservations at my local Pizza Hut?

Pizza Hut restaurants are a casual dining experience for our customers and therefore we welcome you at any time during opening hours. Bookings are made at the Restaurant Manager's discretion so please check with your local store to avoid disappointment.

3. Can I order an alcoholic drink in Pizza Hut while I wait for my takeaway order?

Pizza Hut has a strict alcohol policy and we do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 years old.
We only serve alcohol to customers aged 18 and over when they are eating in. All takeaway customers are offered menu items on the takeaway menu, which does not include alcohol.

4. Do Pizza Hut restaurants cater for vegetarians?

Our menu indicates which items are suitable for vegetarians and we make every effort to separate meat and vegetarian dishes. We make all our customers' aware that meat is handled in-store and we ensure that all staff understand our standards and procedures for handling products.

5. I'm a student, where can I obtain information about Pizza Hut?

You can find all the information about Pizza Hut contained in the Student Pack found in our Careers section. Don't forget for all NUS cardholders we offer a 20% discount from Sunday to Thursday.

6. Why are there different price bands at Pizza Hut?

Pizza Hut has slight variations in menu pricing because they reflect the differing costs of operating restaurants in different locations.

7. Why do I receive a Pizza Hut delivery leaflet when my local Pizza Hut does not deliver to me?

Distribution of Pizza Hut delivery menus are organised by total postal code areas delivered by Royal Mail. At certain times there are operational reasons that we cannot deliver to all postcodes including safety of drivers. Please accept our apologies if you are not able to receive Pizza Hut delivery. You are still able to order and collect from your local Pizza Hut.

8. Why do you offer different products in dine-in restaurants to delivery restaurants?

We test all our products extensively before they are added onto the Pizza Hut menu. At the test stage we ensure that product quality and standards are met before we introduce them to our customers. The product quality can be affected by the time taken to get to your door. We therefore look to simplify the menu and reflect the needs and demands of both our dine-in and delivery businesses.

We continue to review all our products at Pizza Hut to offer our customers what they want and more. Therefore our menu is constantly evolving to meet our customers' needs.
