Can I order an alcoholic drink in Pizza Hut if I'm picking up my order? Pizza Hut has a strict alcohol policy and we do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 years old. We only serve alcohol to customers aged 18 and over when they are dining in. All takeaway customers are offered menu items on the takeaway menu, which does not include alcohol.
What if I want to change my order? Once you've placed your order online, you'll need to call your local Hut if you need to make any changes. Please make sure you have your order reference number ready.
What is the minimum order amount? The minimum order amount is £7.99.
Why do I need to provide my postcode? We need your postcode so that we're able to tell you which Pizza Hut is nearest to you. We'll be able to work out where you are to make sure that ordering with Pizza Hut is as easy as possible.
Will you keep my details secure? Pizza Hut employs technology policies to protect any personal information that we store from misuse and loss. These policies are also designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure. Why does Pizza Hut not deliver to me? Sometimes our customers just live too far away from their nearest Pizza Hut, but don't worry; there are always new Pizza Huts opening so look out for one coming near you!
